Our candles should be burned for 3 to 4 hours at a time. Be sure the wick is trimmed to no more than 1/4 inch before each lighting. Always place your candle on a heat resistant surface and away from drafts or fans.
Place your bar on an elevated soap dish so it can be left to dry between uses. Our soap is made of natural ingredients. If left to sit in water the soap will dissolve and not last as long.
All of our products are made in small batches and poured by hand. Depending on the fragrance oils used, there can be slight variations in the coloring. Rest assured, we have not added any harmful coloring or dye to your product.
Simply place the lid back on the jar and allow the candle to extinguish naturally. Can't find your lid? No worries. Using a paperclip, or similar, push the wick into the melted wax. Then, bring the wick back to an upright position.
Extinguish the candle and trim the wick to no more than 1/4 inch. It is best to trim the wick prior to each use. If the wick is longer than 1/4 inch it is possible it will emit smoke.
For best results please follow the manufacturer recommendations for your specific wax warmer.
All of our wax melts are mixed and poured by hand. We do not use any machines. Therefore, during the pouring process, it is possible for wax to splash or spill outside of the clamshell wells. We do our best to clean them up. However, we also want to make sure we do not disrupt the curing process by over working the wax.
